Training Ethical Coaches & Organizations for Over Two Decades

I’ve been involved with setting ethical standards in the coaching profession with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for over 20 years. Working on the ICF Independent Review (Ethics) Board, creating and updating their Code of Ethics, setting processes and procedures for the ethical conduct review process, and managing and processing complaints have given me a unique insight into the ethical dilemmas and pitfalls professional coaches face on a daily basis.

Serving as a coaching ethics specialist in the coaching industry, I bring this experience and expertise to the ethical training I offer for coaches and coaching organizations, I train coaches to take a deeper look at ethics, increase awareness of potential ethical issues in their coaching, and become more ethical in their business and practice as a coach.

I have worked with numerous coaching organizations, ICF chapters across the world, Association of Coach Training Organization (ACTO), The Institute for Life Coach Training and The University of Texas at Dallas, Jindal School of Management and The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy.

I love working with people who know what they’re talking about and when it comes to ethics, Tina Elliot is an expert.

Tina made the course very informative with great handouts, sharing her knowledge and expertise with all of us in such a way as to prepare us to think, plan, and act in accordance with our own integrity as well as the professional conduct of the coaching profession and what was best for our clients. I highly recommend her ‘Ethics in Professional Coaching’ course.
